Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders, to every country we ship to. No minimum order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days after shipping. Delivery times can be longer during holidays or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on offered at checkout. If your protected package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email us at goofmask.official@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Wrong address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will update it before it ships.
